THE ALEBRIJES

Last year on my Patreon we had a design contest and the winner was a submission from StriderBlade called “The Celebration of Life and Death”. The design featured a skull encapsulated in a Cosmo.

I kinda ran with the idea and instead of resin painting a skull and calling it a day, I decided to sculpt a skull and figure out a way to encapsulate it deep within the cosmo’s helmet. What followed was a string of failures and a lot of learning! Which brings us to today where I have finally completed a COLD cosmo that I am happy with! (I made the cheeks green instead of blue but I’m going to have to live with that mistake for now…)
