Products are shipped from Canada. Please allow between 3-14 business days for orders to ship. Shipping time may vary depending on the type and volume of sale.
All international customers will need to pay any import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) according to your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Omniclectic shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs payments. We are not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during transit, or untracked missing packages.
*Any missing packages with tracking will be handled on a case by case basis after the courier has completed their investigation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We try our best to produce a consistent final product for our customers. Each artisan keycap is handmade and will show slight variances from each other.
In the event that an item does not meet our usual quality control standards (structural, surface, stem issues, etc.), it may be returned. Returns and exchanges will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning your order.
